For the processing described in this policy, Wersin Aziz acts as the data controller. This policy applies to visitors, account holders, listing owners, claimants, subscribers and other people who interact with AROLODEXZ. DATA WE COLLECT ACCOUNT, PROFILE & LISTING DATA • Name, business name and account identifier • Email address, telephone number, website and connection links • Profile, listing, portfolio, product or service information • Claim requests, ownership evidence, plan and entitlement information • Images and other content you choose to submit COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT DATA • Messages, feedback, support requests and related correspondence PAYMENT & TRANSACTION DATA • Order status, plan, price, billing period and payment references • Payment card details are processed by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by AROLODEXZ TECHNICAL & USAGE DATA • IP address, device and browser information • Login, security and fraud-prevention logs • Cookie or consent choices • Search queries, page interactions and diagnostic information 3. WHERE DATA COMES FROM We receive data directly from you when you register, submit or claim a listing, purchase a plan, contact support or use the platform. We may also use business information from publicly accessible sources, official company websites or authorized data providers to create or enrich unclaimed listings. Listing owners can request correction, claim or removal through info@arolodexz.com or the available claim process. 4. PURPOSES & LEGAL BASES We process data to: • create and manage accounts, listings, claims, plans and orders — performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract • provide search, discovery, direct connection and customer support — contract and legitimate interests in operating the platform • protect accounts, prevent abuse and maintain security — legitimate interests and, where applicable, legal obligations • maintain financial, tax and compliance records — legal obligations • improve reliability, relevance and user experience — legitimate interests, balanced against user rights • send optional marketing or use non-essential analytics technologies — consent where required Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. PUBLIC LISTINGS Listing information is intended to be discoverable and may appear in search results, category or location archives and individual listing pages. Listings may be claimed or unclaimed. A claim confirms account control of the listing; it does not guarantee the quality, legality or reliability of the listed provider. Do not publish confidential information or personal information that you are not authorized to share. 6. AI & AUTOMATION AROLODEXZ may use AI-supported tools to interpret search intent, organize or summarize information, assist moderation and support platform operations. Command Mode may consult external web sources when appropriate. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. AROLODEXZ does not use solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects for users. Where this changes, we will provide the information and safeguards required by law. 7. SHARING & PROCESSORS We may share data only when necessary with service providers that support hosting, security, email delivery, analytics, search or AI functionality, customer support, payments and subscription administration. These providers process data under their own terms or on our instructions, depending on their role. We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer. We do not sell or rent personal data. 8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area.
