1. OPERATOR & ACCEPTANCE

AROLODEXZ is operated by Wersin Aziz. By accessing the platform, creating an account, submitting or claiming a listing, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you use AROLODEXZ for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise have legal capacity to enter into the relevant agreement.

2. PLATFORM ROLE

AROLODEXZ is a modern digital Rolodex and Connection Platform. It organizes businesses, services, products, people, portfolios and opportunities so users can discover them and connect directly.

The directory is one interface. Classic Mode supports structured discovery in the internal AOZ database. Command Mode supports intent-based discovery and may consult external web sources when appropriate.

AOZ creates the connection. Unless a specific feature expressly states otherwise, it does not own or manage subsequent communication, negotiation, booking, payment, transaction, project execution or community engagement.

3. ACCOUNTS & SECURITY

You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential and promptly update information that becomes incorrect. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you report unauthorized access without unreasonable delay.

AROLODEXZ may require email, identity, ownership or business verification where appropriate. Verification supports account or listing control; it is not an endorsement of service quality or business performance.

4. LISTINGS, CLAIMS & PUBLIC DATA

Listings may be submitted by users or created from publicly accessible business information. Unclaimed listings may appear before a business has an active AOZ account.

You may claim a listing only if you are the owner or are authorized to act for the listed person, business or organization. AROLODEXZ may request evidence, reject a claim, reverse ownership or suspend editing rights if a claim is inaccurate, disputed or abusive.

Listing owners and affected individuals may request correction or removal through the available claim process or by contacting info@arolodexz.com.

5. USER CONTENT & LICENSE

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant AROLODEXZ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote and improve the platform.

You confirm that submitted information is accurate, that you have the necessary rights and permissions, and that the content does not violate privacy, intellectual-property, consumer-protection or other applicable laws.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not use AROLODEXZ to:
• impersonate another person or falsely claim a listing
• publish unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, defamatory or infringing content
• submit fabricated reviews, ratings, credentials or results
• distribute malware, scrape protected data or interfere with security or availability
• send spam or use contact information for unlawful marketing
• manipulate search, rankings, claims, payments or platform metrics

7. PLANS & FEATURES

Current AOZ plans are Connect, Showcase and Authority. Connect is the free entry plan. Showcase and Authority may provide additional presentation, media, visibility or connection features as described on the Pricing page or at checkout.

Plan rights, limits, duration, price and billing interval shown at purchase form part of your order. If promotional wording conflicts with the checkout summary, the checkout summary and mandatory law prevail.

Plan names, features and future prices may change. Changes do not remove rights already paid for during an active prepaid period unless required for security, law or platform integrity.

8. PAYMENTS, RENEWAL & CANCELLATION

Payments are processed through the payment method shown at checkout. Prices, taxes where applicable, billing interval and whether a plan renews automatically are disclosed before purchase.

A recurring plan renews at the stated interval until cancelled. You may cancel through the available account or subscription controls or by emailing info@arolodexz.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and normally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless mandatory law or the checkout terms require another result.

Upgrades, downgrades, credits or prorated amounts are applied as displayed when the change is requested. Failed or reversed payments may suspend paid entitlements after reasonable notice. Cancellation confirmation and the applicable end date will be provided electronically.

9. CONSUMER WITHDRAWAL & REFUNDS

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Consumers may have a statutory withdrawal period for online purchases, including rights applicable to digital services. Any exception or early-performance consent applies only where the legal requirements have been satisfied.

Outside mandatory rights, refunds are not automatic after a paid period or digital service has been delivered. Refund requests are assessed under the checkout terms, the nature of the service, service failure and applicable law.

10. SEARCH, VISIBILITY & AI

Search order and visibility may depend on relevance, category, location, profile completeness, quality signals, availability and plan features. Featured or promoted visibility does not guarantee clicks, leads, sales, rankings or business results.

Command Mode may use AI and external web sources. Results can be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate and do not constitute professional advice, verification or endorsement. Users must verify important information before acting.

11. REVIEWS, BADGES & TRUST SIGNALS

Reviews must reflect genuine experience and comply with applicable rules. Claim status, badges, ratings, reviews or profile completeness are signals only. They do not guarantee identity, quality, licensing, availability or outcome.

AROLODEXZ may moderate, reject or remove content and trust signals to address fraud, legal complaints, manipulation, safety or platform integrity.

12. THIRD-PARTY RELATIONSHIPS

Users and listed providers act independently. AROLODEXZ is not a party to their communications, quotes, bookings, payments, contracts, delivery, disputes or results unless a specific AOZ service expressly states otherwise.

External websites, payment providers and web-search results are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Users remain responsible for assessing a provider and agreeing suitable terms before engaging.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The AROLODEXZ name, platform design, software, original content and brand assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for normal platform use, no rights are granted to copy, reverse engineer, resell or exploit these assets without permission.

14. PRIVACY

Personal data is handled as described in the AROLODEXZ Privacy Policy. By submitting public listing content, you understand that the selected information is intended to be publicly discoverable.

15. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

AROLODEXZ may restrict, suspend or terminate an account, listing, claim or entitlement when reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, legal compliance, repeated violations, fraud, abuse or protection of users and platform integrity.

Where appropriate, notice and an opportunity to correct the issue will be provided. Users may stop using the platform and request account closure at any time, subject to outstanding obligations and legally required retention.

16. AVAILABILITY & CHANGES

AROLODEXZ is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, security work, provider outages or technical changes may affect availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may improve, replace or discontinue features. Material changes affecting a paid service will be communicated where reasonably possible and handled in accordance with applicable law.

17. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, AROLODEXZ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities or the acts, omissions, content, products or services of independent users and providers.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies or liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

18. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights in a consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.

Contact info@arolodexz.com first so a complaint can be reviewed. If no solution is reached, disputes may be brought before a competent court.

19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms when the platform, plans or legal requirements change. The latest version and update date will be published here. Material changes to an active paid agreement will be notified where required and will not override mandatory rights.
